General description
Diese Methode entspricht EPA 354.1, APHA 4500-NO2 - B und DIN EN 26777.
Dieser Spectroquant® Nitrit-Küvettentest ermöglicht die genaue Quantifizierung des Nitritgehalts in wässrigen Proben.
Angewandtes Verfahren: Nitrit-Ionen bilden in saurer Lösung mit Sulfanilsäure ein Diazoniumsalz. Dieses reagiert mit N-(1-Naphthyl)-ethylendiamindihydrochlorid zu einem rotvioletten Azofarbstoff, der photometrisch nachgewiesen werden kann.
Die Spectroquant® Küvettentests werden mit vorgefüllten 16-mm-Rundküvetten und allen erforderlichen Reagenzien für die Durchführung der Analyse entsprechend der beigefügten Gebrauchsanweisung geliefert.
Alle Spectroquant® Küvetten- und Reagenzientests sind mit einer eindeutigen Live-ID (2D-Barcode) versehen, die eine nahtlose Methodenerkennung ermöglicht und wichtige Informationen wie Chargennummer und Verfallsdatum sowie Informationen für automatische Kalibrierungsupdates enthält.
