General description
Dieser Spectroquant® Nitrit Küvettentest ermöglicht eine genaue Quantifizierung des Nitritgehalts in wässrigen Proben.
Angewandtes Verfahren: In saurer Lösung reagieren Nitritionen mit Eisen(II)-ethylendiammoniumsulfat und bilden eine gelb- bis grünbraune Eisen(II)-Verbindung, die photometrisch bestimmt wird.
Die Spectroquant® Küvettentests werden mit vorgefüllten 16-mm-Rundküvetten und allen erforderlichen Reagenzien für die Durchführung der Analyse entsprechend der beigefügten Gebrauchsanweisung geliefert.
Alle Spectroquant® Küvetten- und Reagenzien-Testkits sind mit einer eindeutigen Live ID (2D-Barcode) versehen, die eine nahtlose Methodenerkennung ermöglicht und wichtige Informationen wie Chargennummer und Verfallsdatum sowie Informationen für automatische Kalibrierungsupdates enthält.
