General description
Die Methode entspricht der Norm ISO 23696-1 über die standardisierte Verwendung dieser Küvettentest-Methode zur Bestimmung dieses wichtigen Parameters. Diese Methode entspricht DIN 38405-9.
Dieser Spectroquant®-Nitrat-Küvettentest ermöglicht eine genaue Quantifizierung von Nitrat in Wasserproben. Nitrat ist ein essenzieller Nährstoff für das Wachstum von Tieren und Pflanzen. Jedoch können erhöhte Nitratwerte ein Gesundheitsrisiko darstellen, insbesondere für Schwangere und Kleinkinder. Deshalb sind Nitratkonzentrationen in Wasserquellen in vielen Ländern gesetzlich geregelt.
Weitere Anwendungsfelder sind die Analyse von Lebensmitteln, & Getränken (z. B. Molke) sowie von Umwelt- und Landwirtschaftsproben (z. B. Erde).
Die Spectroquant®-Zelltests werden in vorgefüllten 16 mm Rundzellen mit allen notwendigen Reagenzien geliefert, die laut Beipackzettel zur Analyse notwendig sind.
Alle Spectroquant®-Küvettentest- und Reagenzien-Kits sind mit einer eindeutigen Live-ID (2D-Barcode) versehen, die eine nahtlose Methodenerkennung ermöglicht und wichtige Informationen wie Chargennummer und Verfallsdatum sowie Informationen zur automatischen Aktualisierung der Kalibrierung enthält.
