Beschreibung

General description

CCDA-Selektiv-Supplement ist ein Gemisch aus zwei Antibiotika (Amphotericin B und Cefoperazon) in lyophilisierter Form. Amphotericin B bewirkt eine umfassende Reduzierung des Wachstums von Hefen und Schimmelpilzen, während Cefoperazon insbesondere das Wachstum von Enterobacteriaceae hemmt.

Application

CCDA-Selektiv-Supplement ist ein Additiv, das während der Herstellung von blutfreiem Campylobacter-Selektivagar zur Anreicherung von Campylobacter aus Nahrungsmitteln verwendet wird.
