Application

N-Succinyl-Ala-Ala-Pro-Phe p-Nitroanilid wurde als ein Substrat für die Bestimmung der Chymotrypsin-Aktivität verwendet.

N-Succinyl-Ala-Ala-Pro-Phe-p-Nitroanilid wurde verwendet:

• als Substrat für den Cathepsin-G-Assay in Knochenmarklysaten.
• in einem Assay zur Bestimmung der proteolytischen Aktivität der Serinprotease Subtilisin Carlsberg (SC)
• als ein Substrat für die neutrophile Elastase, Trypsin und Chymotrypsin im Protease-Assay.
