Beschreibung

General description

Auf Agarosegel immobilisierte m-Aminophenylborsäure (m-APBA) ist nützlich zum Einfangen von Immunoglobulinen, führt aber auch zu unspezifischen Interaktionen.[1] m-APBA ist eine Boronat-Affinitätsmatrix, die effektiv für die Affinitätsaufreinigung von monoklonalen Antikörpern verwendet wird.[2]

Application

m-Aminophenylborsäure-Agarose wird wie folgt verwendet:

• als Bestandteil der Aufreinigungssäule von TOP10F-Zellen von Escherichia coli
• mit Zelllysaten verschiedenster Zellen für den Nachweis von PARylierten (Poly(ADP-ribos)ylierung) Proteinen
• bei der Affinitätsaufreinigung von Meerrettichperoxidase[2]
• bei der Aufreinigung von glykolisiertem humanem Serumalbumin (gHSA)[3]
