Application

Für die Isolierung und Differenzierung von pathogenen Enterobakterien, insbesondere Shigellen und Salmonellen, nach Taylor (1965), Taylor und Harris (1965, 1967) und Taylor und Schelhart (1967).

Preparation Note

Dissolve 56.7 g in 1 litre distilled water by heating slightly. Do NOT autoclave.
