General description

CLED-Agar wird für die Isolierung, Auszählung und Identifizierung von uropathogenen Keimen auf der Basis von Lactosefermentation empfohlen.
CLED Agar is commonly used in bacteriological analysis.[1]

Application

CLED Agar has been used as a non-selective media to perform enantiomeric profiling of quinolones and quinolones resistance gene qnrS in wastewater samples[2]

Preparation Note

Suspend 36.15g in 1000ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.

Other Notes

We offer two media types: the superior granulated GranuCult® and the cost-efficient powdered NutriSelect® culture media, depending on your needs.
The designations basic, plus, or prime are added to indicate the quality control level, from basic quality control to standard QC plus to prime for full regulatory compliance.
