Beschreibung

General description

Pflanzenextrakt Nr. 2 ist speziell zubereitetes dehydriertes Extrakt von pflanzlichen Proteinen. Wachstumseigenschaften sind vergleichbar mit dem Leberextraktpulver (Fluka^® 70165). Es kann für die Kultivierung von anspruchsvollen anaeroben Bakterien, wie Brucella und Clostridien, verwendet werden, wenn es in der Thioglykolat-Bouillon verwendet wird. Das Extrakt kann ebenfalls im Blut-Agar für die Kultivation von diversen pathogenen Mikroorganismen verwendet werden.
