General description

Pflanzenextrakt ist eine fleischfreie Alternative zu den traditionellen Peptonen. Durch die grosse Verteilung von Peptiden trifft es die Anforderung des Peptones aus Fleisch, enzymatisch hydrolysiert (Fluka^® 82962) und kann dieses ersetzen. Das heisst es wird ein Maximumwachstum für anspruchsvolle Mikroorganismen erreicht.
