General description
Pankreatisches Hydrolysat von Casein wird durch die kontrollierte Enzymhydrolyse von Milchprotein hergestellt. Es kann als Nährstoffzusatz in Kulturmedien eingesetzt werden, da es reich an bestimmten Arten von Aminosäuren ist und dadurch eine effiziente Stickstoffquelle darstellt. Außerdem ermöglicht es die Herstellung von Antibiotika, Toxinen, Bakteriocinen, Enzymen usw.
Application
