Application

Immunhistochemie an 50 µm, in 4%igem Paraformaldehyd fixierten Gehirnschnitten: 1:500–1:800 (Vissavajjhala, 1996; Yung, 1998; Kumar; 2002).
Immunpräzipitation: 2–4 µg/ml (Osten, 1998).
Western Blot: 1–2 µg/ml (Vissavajjhala, 1996; Osten, 1998); für bessere Signale werden Membranpräparationen empfohlen.
Die optimalen Arbeitsverdünnungen und Protokolle müssen vom Endanwender bestimmt werden.

Empfohlene Handhabung: Bei der Lieferung und vor dem Entfernen der Kappe das Fläschchen zentrifugieren und die Lösung vorsichtig mischen. In Mikrozentrifugenröhrchen aliquotieren und bei -20 °C aufbewahren. Wiederholte Einfrier-/Auftauzyklen vermeiden, da dies das IgG2a beschädigen und die Produktleistung beeinträchtigen könnte.

When the function of these molecules is disrupted, it leads to synaptic dysfunction and degeneration, and can contribute to dementia as seen in Alzheimer’s disease.
