Beschreibung

General description

Immobilon^®-P-Transfermembran ist eine hydrophobe mikroporöse Polyvinylidenfluorid (PVDF)-Membran mit einer nominalen Porengröße von 0,45 Mikrometer (μm). Sie wird zum Transfer von Proteinen aus einer Reihe von Gelmatrizen eingesetzt. Die Immobilon^®-P-Transfermembran wird für die meisten Western-Blot-Anwendungen empfohlen, insbesondere für Proteine, die größer als 20 kDa sind. Diese Membran weist im Vergleich zu einer Nitrocellulosemembran verbesserte Handhabungseigenschaften und Färbungsfähigkeiten, ein höheres Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis für verbesserte Sensitivitäten und eine verbesserte Lösungsmittelresistenz auf.
