Beschreibung

General description

Immobilon^®-P Transfermembran ist eine mikroporöse Polyvinylidenfluor(PVDF)-Membran mit einer nominalen Porengröße von 0,45 Mikrometern (μm). Sie wird für Western Blot empfohlen, insbesondere für Proteine, die größer als 20 kDa sind. Die Immobilon^®-P Transfermembran kann Proteine mit einem breiten Spektrum von Molekülmassen binden. Sie wird zum Transfer von Proteinen aus einer Reihe von Gelmatrizen eingesetzt. Verglichen mit einer Nitrocellulosemembran weist die Immobilon-P PVDF-Membran ein höheres Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis für verbesserte Sensitivitäten, verbesserte Handhabungseigenschaften und Färbungfähigkeiten sowie eine höhere Lösungsmittelresistenz auf.
