Heterobifunktionelles Reagenz für die Enzymmarkierung von Antikörpern und Antikörperfragmenten. Verknüpft sowohl eine Sulfhydrylgruppe als auch eine freie Aminogruppe. Nützlich für die sequentielle Konjugation, um die Polymerisation zu minimieren.

Preparation Note

Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °C). Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °C bis zu 3 Monate haltbar.
