Beschreibung

General description

Eine zellpermeable Amidosalicylsäureverbindung, die die Stat3-SH2-Domäne bindet und die Stat3-Phosphorylierung/Aktivierung, Dimerisierung, DNA-Bindung und Stat3-abhängige Transkription verhindert. Es wurde gezeigt, dass es das Stat3-abhängige Tumorwachstum sowohl in Kulturen in vitro (wirksame Konzentration = ≤100 µM) als auch in einem Maus-Xenograft-Modell in vivo (5 mg/kg, i.v.) stoppt. Auch als 50-mM-Lösung in DMSO verfügbar (Kat.-Nr. 573130).
