Rekombinante humane Purin-Nukleosid-Phosporylase, in E. coli exprimiert, ohne Tags. Die Purin-Nukleosid-Phosphorylase katalysiert die Phosphorolyse der N-Ribosid-Bindungen von Purin-Nukleosiden und Desoxynukleosiden. Die humane PNP ist ein Ziel für die therapeutische Intervention der T-Zell-Immunantwort. Nützlich für die Detektion von anorganischem Phosphat aus biochemischen Reaktionen.
