Rekombinante streptomyces plicatus Endoglycosidase H, exprimiert in E. coli. Katalysiert die Hydrolyse von Asparagin-verknüpfter Oligomannose und Hybrid-Oligosacchariden, jedoch nicht von komplexe Oligosacchariden aus Glycoprotein. Endo H spaltet zwischen den zwei N-Acetylglucosamin-Rückständen im Diacetylchitobiose-Kern des Oligosaccharids.

In 50 mM NaCl, 20 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM EDTA, pH 7,5.

Other Notes

Eine Einheit ist definiert als die Menge Enzym, die bei 37°;C und pH 5,5 die Freisetzung N-verknüpfter Oligosaccharide aus 1,0 µ;Mol denaturierter Ribonuklease B pro Minute katalysiert. Die Spaltung kann mittels SDS-PAGE überwacht werden.
