Beschreibung

General description

Fluorogenes Substrat für Isoenzym A der N-Acetyl-β;-D-Glucosaminidase (Hexosaminidase A). Kann für die pränatale Diagnose der Tay-Sachs-Krankheit und für die Klassifizierung von GM₂-Gangliosidose-Genotypen verwendet werden. Anregungsmaximum: ~360 nm; Emissionsmaximum: ~440 nm.

Preparation Note

Nach der Rekonstituierung in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °;C). Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °;C bis zu 1 Monat haltbar.
