Beschreibung

General description

Ein potenter Inhibitor von Kollagenasen des Typs IV, MMP-2 (IC₅₀ = 17 nM) und MMP-9 (IC₅₀ = 30 nM). Zeigt nachweislich auch eine potente Induktion und schnelle Aktivierung von HIF. Hat in vivo eine Hemmung der durch das Lewis-Lungenkarzinom induzierten Lungenbesiedlung in einem Mausmodell gezeigt.
