Native Malatdehydrogenase aus Schweineherz. Katalysiert die Oxidation von L-Malat zu Oxalacetat in Gegenwart von NAD⁺. Weist einen optimalen pH-Wert von 7,2-7,5 und einen pI-Wert von 6,1-6,4 auf. Hinweis: 1 kU = 1.000 Einheiten.

Preparation Note

Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °;C). Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °;C bis zu 3 Monate haltbar.

Other Notes

Eine Einheit ist definiert als die Menge an Enzym, die bei 25 °;C und einem pH-Wert von 7,5 1,0 µ;mol NADH pro Minute oxidiert.
