PHA-L is a potent lymphocyte mitogen with a narrow range. Requires calcium and manganese ions for activity. It has also been found to be useful as a specific marker in anterograde neuronal tracing. Elution: 100 mM acetic acid.

General description
Elution: 100 mM Acetessigsäure.
PHA-L ist ein potentes Lymphozytenmitogen mit einem engen Konzentrationsbereich. Benötigt für seine Aktivität Kalzium- und Mangan-Ionen. Es hat sich auch als spezifischer Marker für das anterograde neuronale Tracing als nützlich erwiesen. Elution: 100 mM Acetessigsäure.
Preparation Note
Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °;C). Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °;C bis zu Monate haltbar.
Rekonstituieren Sie in 1 ml 10 mM Natriumphosphatpuffer, pH 8,0, um eine Pufferendkonzentration von 15 mM Phosphat, 10 mM NaCl mit Spuren von Ca+2 zu erhalten.
