Beschreibung

General description

Ein Pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-Derivat, das als potenter und reversibler EphB3-Rezeptor-Tyrosinkinase-Inhibitor mit einem IC₅₀ von 79 nM mit guter mikrosomaler Stabilität in der Mausleber und guter Löslichkeit in Wasser fungiert. Unterdrückt nachweislich die EphB3-induzierte Autophosphorylierung des EphB3-Rezeptors bei 10 µ;M in Zellen. Bei einem Profiling gegen eine Gruppe von 288 Kinasen bei 5 µ;M wurde festgestellt, dass es auch die meisten der Rezeptorkinasen des Eph (Erythropoietin-produzierendes hepatozelluläres Karzinom) hemmt, einschließlich EphA1, EphA2, EphA3, EphA4, EphA5, EphA8, EphB1, EphB2, EphB3, EphB4 und andere Tyrosinkinasen, jedoch nicht EphA6 und EphA7, und ist nicht hemmend gegenüber Nicht-RTK-Kinasen, mit Ausnahme von p38α;, p38β; und Qik.
