Preparation Note
Aus Plasma hergestellt, das in zertifizierten Tests keine Reaktion auf HBsAg und Antikörper gegen HCV, HBc, HIV-1 und HIV-2 zeigte.
Nach dem erstmaligen Auftauen in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °C).

Ein einzelner Bogen durch Immunelektrophorese gegen Antiserum auf Human-Vollserum und humanes IgE

Hinweis: Die schwere Myelom-IgE-Kette kann bei der Gelelektrophorese entweder als Einzel- oder Doppelband erscheinen. Mit den Assay-Bedingungen verbundene Variablen geben die korrekte Arbeitsverdünnung vor.
