Beschreibung

General description

Ein zellpermeabler, selektiver, reversibler, ATP-kompetitiver und starker Inhibitor von Proteinkinase A (K_i = 48 nM). Hemmt andere Kinasen nur in deutlich höheren Konzentrationen: CaM-Kinase II (K_i = 29,7 µ;M), Caseinkinase I (K_i = 38,3 µ;M), Myosin-leichte-Ketten-Kinase (K_i = 28,3 µ;M), Proteinkinase C (K_i = 31,7 µ;M) und ROCK-II (IC₅₀ = 270 nM). Kann zur Unterscheidung zwischen den Wirkungen von PKA und cAMP-regulierten Guanin-Nukleotid-Austauschfaktoren (GEF), wie GEFI, GEFII oder Epac (direkt durch cAMP aktiviertes Austauschprotein), verwendet werden. Verbessert die strahleninduzierte Apoptose in der menschlichen Zelllinie BM 13674. Eine 10 mM Lösung (1 mg/193 µ;l) MG-89 (Best.-Nr. <;A href="https://./?[islink]ViewProductDetail-BySKU&;#124;&;#124;SKU&;#124;EMD_BIO-371962&;#124;[/islink]">;371962<;/A>;) in DMSO ist ebenfalls erhältlich.
