Beschreibung

General description

Membrandurchdringender Adenylatcyclase-Inhibitor, der nicht konkurrierend über die P-Stelle an das Enzym bindet. Seine hemmende Wirkung unterscheidet sich je nach Gewebe stark (IC₅₀ = 3 µ;M bei in Reinigungsmittel solubilisierten Ratten-Gehirnmembranen; IC₅₀ = 45 µ;M bei aufgereinigtem bovinen Gehirnenzym). Blockiert die Forskolin-induzierte Aktivierung der Adenylatcyclase-Aktivität (IC₅₀ = 540 µ;M) in kultivierten bovinen Aorta-Endothelzellen. Blockiert zudem die positiven inotropen und chronotropen Wirkungen von β;-adrenergen Mitteln.
