Beschreibung

General description

Potenziert die Aktivität von Proteinkinase C durch Hemmung des Diacylglycerol-Metabolismus. Hemmt Diacylglycerol-Kinase (IC₅₀ = 2,8 µ;M) ohne Beeinträchtigung von Phosphodiesterase oder Phosphatidylinositolkinase. Potenziert diese Wirkung in Untersuchungen des signalleitenden Inositol-Lipid-Metabolismus. Hemmt menschliche Thrombozyten-DAG-Kinase in intakten Zellen (IC₅₀ = 3,6 µ;M) und isolierten Membranen (IC₅₀ = 6,7 µ;M). Hemmt bei Schweinethymus-Zytosol die 80 kDa-DAG-Kinase (IC₅₀ = 10 µ;M), weist aber keine Wirkung auf 150 kDA DAG-Kinase auf. Schwacher Antagonist gegen Dopamin D₂ und Histamin H₁ und starker Antagonist gegen Serotonin S₂.
