Beschreibung

General description

Chromogenes β-Lactamase-Substrat für sowohl gramnegative als auch grampositive Bakterien, das mit anderen Chromogenen (PADAC-Substrat und Nitrocefin) vergleichbar ist. Die Hydrolyse des Beta-Lactam-Rings löst einen Farbumschlag von hellgelb (λ_max: 340 nm) zum Chromgelb (λ_max: 405 nm) aus. Wird durch häufig verwende mikrobielle Medien und Humanserum kaum beeinflusst. Ist in H₂O und in Gegenwart von Cystein, Mercaptoethanol und Dimercaptoethanol stabil.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Molekülmasse dieser Verbindung aufgrund des variablen Wassergehalts chargenspezifisch ist.

Preparation Note

Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °C). Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °C bis zu 3 Monate haltbar.
