Ein potenter, selektiver, reversibler und kompetitiver Nicht-Peptid-Inhibitor von Cathepsin G (IC₅₀ = 53 nmol/l und K_i = 63 nmol/l). Hemmt Chymotrypsin schwach (K_i = 1,5 µmol/l) und zeigt keine signifikante hemmende Wirkung gegen Thrombin, Faktor Xa, Faktor IXa, Plasmin, Trypsin, Tryptase, Proteinase 3 und humane Leukozytenelastase (IC₅₀ >100 µmol/l).
