General description
Die Methode entspricht der Norm ISO 23696-1 über die standardisierte Verwendung dieser Küvettentest-Methode zur Bestimmung dieses wichtigen Parameters. Diese Methode entspricht DIN 38405-9.
Dieser Spectroquant® Nitrat-Küvettentest ermöglicht eine genaue Quantifizierung von Nitrat in Wasserproben. Nitrat ist ein essenzieller Nährstoff für das Wachstum von Tieren und Pflanzen. Jedoch können erhöhte Nitratwerte ein Gesundheitsrisiko darstellen, insbesondere für Schwangere und Kleinkinder. Deshalb sind Nitratkonzentrationen in Wasserquellen in vielen Ländern gesetzlich geregelt.
Weitere Anwendungsfelder sind die Analyse von Lebensmitteln und Getränken (z. B. Molke) sowie von Umwelt- und Landwirtschaftsproben (z. B. Erde).
Die Spectroquant®-Küvettentests werden mit vorgefüllten 16-mm-Rundküvetten und allen erforderlichen Reagenzien für die Durchführung der Analyse entsprechend der beigefügten Gebrauchsanweisung geliefert.
Alle Spectroquant®-Küvetten- und Reagenzien-Testkits sind mit einer eindeutigen Live-ID (2D-Barcode) versehen, die eine nahtlose Methodenerkennung ermöglicht und wichtige Daten wie Chargennummer und Verfallsdatum sowie Informationen zur automatischen Aktualisierung der Kalibrierung enthält.
