General description
Diese Methode entspricht EPA 365,2 +3, APHA 4500-P E und DIN EN ISO 6878.
Der Spectroquant® Phosphat-Reagenzientest ermöglicht die exakte Quantifizierung von Phosphat. Ein erhöhter Phosphatgehalt kann zu Eutrophierung von Gewässern führen, was ein Umweltrisiko darstellt. Deshalb wird der Phosphatgehalt im Trinkwasser und Abwasser in vielen Ländern reguliert.
Weitere Anwendungen sind die Bestimmung von Phosphat in Lebensmitteln und Getränken (z. B. Bier) sowie in Umwelt- und Landwirtschaftsproben (z. B. Boden).
Die Spectroquant® Reagenzien-Testkits enthalten hoch stabile, gebrauchsfertige Reagenziengemische, um Analysen gemäß den im beiliegenden Anleitungsblatt beschriebenen Verfahren durchzuführen.
