Application

5-Aminosalicylsäure ist ein Peroxidasesubstrat, geeignet für den Einsatz in ELISA-Verfahren. Dieses Substrat bildet ein lösliches braunes Endprodukt, das spektralphotometrisch bei 450 nm ausgelesen werden kann. Die Reaktion kann mit 3 N NaOH gestoppt und bei 550 nm ausgelesen werden.

Mesalamine USP reference standard, intended for use in specified quality tests and assays as specified in the USP compendia. Also, for use with USP monographs such as:

• Mesalamine Delayed-Release Tablets
• Mesalamine Extended-Release Capsules
• Mesalamine Rectal Suspension
