Anwendung

5-Aminosalicylsäure ist ein Peroxidasesubstrat, geeignet für den Einsatz in ELISA-Verfahren. Dieses Substrat bildet ein lösliches braunes Endprodukt, das spektralphotometrisch bei 450 nm ausgelesen werden kann. Die Reaktion kann mit 3 N NaOH gestoppt und bei 550 nm ausgelesen werden.
