Biochem/physiol Actions

Luteolytisches Prostaglandin das die Geburt auslöst. Wirksame vasokonstriktorische Substanz der pulmonalen, koronaren und zerebralen Arteriolen.

Luteolytisches Prostaglandin das die Geburt auslöst. Wirksame vasokonstriktorische Substanz der pulmonalen, koronaren und zerebralen Arteriolen. Eine positive Rückkopplung zwischen Endometrium PG F_2α und lutealem Oxytocin ist verantwortlich für den Abschluss der Luteolyse.

Luteolytisches Prostaglandin das die Geburt auslöst. Wirksame vasokonstriktorische Substanz der pulmonalen, koronaren und zerebralen Arteriolen. Stimuliert außerdem die Kontraktion der glatten Muskulatur, beispielsweise in den Bronchien, mit möglicher Beteiligung an Asthma. Dieser Effekt wird zumindest teilweise durch Tachykinin-Freisetzung vermittelt.
