Application
Paraplast Plus® wurde verwendet:
- bei der Untersuchung von Wirbelproben von Malacoraja senta
- bei der Identifizierung und Expressionsanalyse von PIN-Genen in Reis
- bei der Untersuchung von Glukosetransportmechanismen in Uterusgeweben während der Schwangerschaft
- zum Einbetten von in Bouin-Lösung fixiertem Karpfengewebe, ventralen Prostatafragmenten der Ratte und Noduli der Gartenbohne (Phaseolus vulgaris L.)
Features and Benefits
- Produces minimal tissue compression and wrinkle-free sections, and cuts to 4 μm thickness with excellent ribbon continuity.
- 0.8% DMSO enhances ease of infiltration and sectioning for tissues difficult to process with regular Paraplast.
- Higher melt viscosity and lower permeability to water vapor creates better adhesion and a more pliable, flexible film.
- Optimal infiltration and embedding for high-quality sections.
- Great compression resistance and ribbon continuity.
