General description

Modifizierung der ursprünglichen MEM-Formulierung. Earle-Salze wurden durch Hanks-Salze ersetzt. Aufgrund der deutlich niedrigeren Bicarbonatkonzentration ist die Pufferkapazität dieses Mediums deutlich reduziert.
