Allgemeine Beschreibung

Elution buffer is a major solvent in affinity chromatography. Elution buffer is used to wash away unbound proteins at first and at a greater concentration it releases the desired protein from the ligand. It is important that the elution buffer works quickly without changing the function or activity of the desired protein.[1]

Anwendung

HIS-Select® Elution Buffer has been used in the elution of recombinant coagulase protein[2] and tomoregulin [3]

Physikalische Form

Contains 250 mM Imidazole, 0.3 M sodium chloride, 50 mM sodium phosphate, pH 8.0.
