Preparation Note

Ergänzung mit 2,75 g/l Natriumbicarbonat und Tryptose-Phosphat-Bouillonlösung (T 8159) in 100 ml/l Medium.

Formulierung enthält 12,5 Gramm Pulver je Liter Nährmedium.
