Beschreibung

General description

Fast Blue RR is part of the azo coupling system and is required for the staining of hydrolytic enzymes. In the presence of naphthol, it results in the formation of an insoluble coloured precipitate at the site of enzyme activity.

Application

Wird als Kit-Komponente für die Bestimmung der alkalischen Phosphatase in Sigma Kits 85L1 und 85L2 und für die Bestimmung der unspezifischen Esterase in Sigma Kit 90a1 eingesetzt.

Das tatsächliche Gewicht der Kapsel wird mit der Farbstoffcharge variieren und wurde durch Tests optimiert.
