General description

Dinitrophenyl (DNP) is a hapten that is used for labeling primary or secondary probes in immunological analyses. Thus, anti-DNP antibody conjugated to a detectable substrate is a useful tool for the study of target proteins. Mouse monoclonal anti-DNP-alkaline phosphatase conjugate antibody is specific for DNP.

Der Antikörper kann zur experimentellen Einleitung von kontrollierten allergischen Reaktionen oder als Quelle für Maus-IgE verwendet werden.Zur Einleitung einer systemischen Anaphylaxie wurde Mäusen 3 μg eines Anti-DNP-Maus-IgE injiziert, und zwanzig Stunden später wurde ihnen intravenös 500 μg DNP-BSA verabreicht. Zur Einleitung einer lokalen Anaphylaxie wurde Mäusen 10 ng Anti-DNP-Maus-IgE intradermal injiziert, und anschließend wurde ihnen eine intravenöse Injektion von 500 μg DNP-BSA verabreicht.

Wird zur Einleitung von kontrollierten allergischen Reaktionen oder als Quelle für Maus-IgE verwendet.
