Tioconazol ist ein Antipilzmedikament, das wirksamer als Fluconazol oder Voriconazol gegenüber Candida glabrata -Mutantenstämmen ist. Sein Wirkungsmechanismus beruht auf Membranzerstörung und Verlust der intrazellulären ATP.
