General description
Malzextraktpulver wird aus wässrigem Extrakt von gekeimten Malzkörnern hergestellt und bei geringen Temperaturen getrocknet, um die Nährstoffe zu erhalten. Dieses Malzextrakt ist ein aufgereinigtes und geklärtes Malzextrakt, das mit Wachstumsfaktoren ergänzt ist. Es ist gut wasserlöslich. Es enthält eine Mischung aus Kohlenhydraten (hauptsächlich Maltose) und Wachstumsfaktoren. Es eignet sich ideal zur Verwendung in Medien, die für die Kultivierung von Pilzen eingesetzt werden.
Application
Malzextraktpulver wir zu bestimmten Kulturmedien zugegeben, um die Nährstoffqualität der Medien zu steigern. Es eignet sich am besten zur Steigerung des Wachstums und zur Kultivierung von Pilzen, Hefen und Schimmelpilzen.
