Application

Schnelltest für die Detektion von Acetatesterase-Aktivität in Mikroorganismen. Der Test basiert auf der Reaktion von freien Indoxylgruppen mit Sauerstoff, die zu einem Farbumschlag führt. Acetatesterase-Aktivität kommt in Campylobacter spp. und Branhamella catarrhalis vor. Der Test ist geeignet zum Screenen und für die Identifikation von verdächtigen mikrobiellen Kolonien. Das Testergebnis kann nach 3-5 min abgelesen werden.
