General description

Die Protein G PLUS/Protein A-Agarosemischung ist spezifisch für die Immunpräzipitation formuliert.
Für Immunpräzipitationsanwendungen entwickelt. Dieses Produkt ist mit BSA blockiert, um nichtspezifische Bindung zu verringern und kann nicht für die Aufreinigung verwendet werden.

Die Agaroselösung wird gebrauchsfertig geliefert. Protein G Plus/Protein A Agarose-Immunpräzipitationsreagens ist mit BSA blockiert und sollte nicht für die Immunglobulinaufreinigung oder kovalente Vernetzung eingesetzt werden. Für Immunpräzipitationsreaktionen werden 15 µl Lösung je µg Primärantikörper empfohlen. Eine Vorreinigung minimiert zusätzliche Bänder, die aus einer nichtspezifischen Ausfällung resultieren. Geben Sie zur Vorreinigung 20 µl Agarosekonjugat und 1 µg normales IgG derselben Spezies wie des Immunpräzipitationsantikörpers zu der Probe. Wird Immunblotting für den Nachweis eingesetzt, können einige Sekundärantikörper nichtspezifisch mit BSA oder anderen in hohen Konzentrationen in der Probe vorliegenden Proteinen reagieren. Dies kann durch die Verringerung der Konzentration des Sekundärantikörpers eliminiert werden.
