Beschreibung

General description

Ein hochwirksames Kupplungsreagenz zur Peptidsynthese von Feststoffen und Lösungen. Vergleichsstudien haben gezeigt, dass HATU bessere Kupplungsausbeuten mit niedrigerer Enantiomerisierung erzielt als HBTU, TBTU oder PyBOP^®[1,2,3]. Es ist besonders effektiv bei der Kupplung mit N-Alkylaminen, wo andere Kupplungsreagenzien schlechte Produktionserträge liefern, und ist das bevorzugte Reagenz für das Beladen von Harzen mit sekundären Aminogruppen.
