Das gebräuchliche In-situ-Kopplungsreagenz für die Peptid-Festphasensynthese ^[1,2,3,4,5]. Dieses Produkt kann BOP in allen Anwendungen ohne Leistungsverlust ersetzen. Anders als bei Reagenzien auf Uronium-Basis entstehen mit PyBOP^® während der Zyklisierungs- und Fragmentkondensationsreaktionen keine guanidinierten Nebenprodukte.
