Beschreibung

General description

Ein potenter und spezifischer Inhibitor von MEK1 (IC₅₀ = 72 nM) und MEK2 (IC₅₀ = 58 nM). Die Hemmung ist sowohl in Bezug auf ATP als auch auf ERK nichtkompetitiv. Hat sehr geringe Auswirkungen auf andere Kinasen wie Abl, Cdk2, Cdk4, ERK, JNK, MEKK, MKK-3, MKK-4/SEK, MKK-6, PKC und Raf. Blockiert nachweislich die Doxazosin-induzierte osteoblastische Differenzierung. Wirkt auch als Immunsuppressivum, indem es die IL-2-Synthese und die T-Zell-Proliferation wirksam blockiert, ohne die langfristigen Ergebnisse der T-Zell-Aktivierung oder der Toleranz zu beeinträchtigen. Nichtkompetitiv gegenüber ATP. Auch im InSolution-Format erhältlich (Best.-Nr. 662009).
