Beschreibung

General description

Eine halbsynthetisch hergestellte Form von Paclitaxel (TAXOL^®, Kat.-Nr. 580555), die keine Verunreinigung durch natürliche Taxane aufweist. Außerdem gibt es weniger Epimerisierungsprodukte als Verunreinigungen. Fördert den Aufbau von Mikrotubuli und hemmt Abbau von Tubulin. Ein wirksames Mittel zur Blockierung von HeLa- und B16-Zellen im Stadium G₂/M. Hemmt die DNA-Synthese und stimuliert die Freisetzung des Tumor-Nekrose-Faktors-α. Induziert Apoptose in Tumoren des murinen Mammakarzinoms MCA-4 und des Ovarialkarzinoms OCA-1.

Eine halbsynthetische Form von Paclitaxel (Kat.-Nr. 580555), die nicht durch natürliche Taxane verunreinigt ist. Außerdem sind weniger Epimerisierungsprodukte als Verunreinigungen vorhanden.
