Beschreibung

General description

Ein potenter, zellpermeabler und Breitspektrum-Inhibitor von Proteinkinasen. Hemmt CaM-Kinase (IC₅₀ = 20 nM), Myosin-Leichtkettenkinase (IC₅₀ = 1,3 nM), Proteinkinase A (IC₅₀ = 7 nM), Proteinkinase C (IC₅₀ = 0,7 nM) und Proteinkinase G (IC₅₀ = 8,5 nM). Hemmt auch die durch Kollagen oder ADP-induzierte Thrombozytenaggregation, hat jedoch keine Wirkung auf die Thrombin-induzierte Thrombozytenaggregation. Induziert Apoptose in menschlichen bösartigen Gliomzelllinien. Hält normale Zellen am G₁ Kontrollpunkt an.
