Beschreibung

General description

Ein potenter, reversibler, konkurrierender und zellpermeabler Inhibitor der p38-MAP-Kinase. Hemmt die p38-Phosphorylierung von Myelinbasisprotein (MBP) ohne Auswirkung auf die Aktivität der ERK- oder JNK-MAP-Kinase-Untergruppen. Hemmt auch die Kinaseaktivität der p38β; (K_i = 16 nM; IC₅₀ = 350 nM) und p38 Phosphorylierung des aktivierenden Transkriptionsfaktors 2 (ATF-2; IC₅₀ = 280 nM). Blockiert LPS-induzierte TNF-α; und Interleukin-Biosynthese. Induziert laut Berichten die Rezeptorexpression in Hep52-Zellen. Eine 1 mg/ml-Lösung von SB 202190 (Best.-Nr. <;A href="https://./?[islink]ViewProductDetail-BySKU&;#124;&;#124;SKU&;#124;EMD_BIO-559397&;#124;[/islink]">;559397<;/A>;) in wasserfreiem DMSO ist ebenfalls erhältlich.
